The bed extension is designed such that length of the extension depends on height of a bed frame. A gas pressure damper with a joint allows the bed extension to be extended and retracted. Grid elements are either attached to the bed frame or bed feet, and enables height of the bed extension to be individually adjusted. Rotating elements are provided in an inner side of the bed extension, and are rotatable around 180 degrees in a clockwise direction. Padding for the bed extension takes place in a desired manner.
