<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burglar/disaster prevention device wherein a malfunction is eliminated by easily distinguishing a suspicious person or the like, and a resident or the like, and performing effective warning only to the suspicious person or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The burglar/disaster prevention device 10 has a human sensor 12, a smoke sensor 14, a heat sensor 16, an identification sensor 18, a light emitting diode 20, a speaker 22, and a control circuit 24. The identification sensor 18 transmits a mobile terminal detection signal to the control circuit 24 when receiving an identification signal transmitted from a mobile terminal 26. The control circuit 24 invalidates the operation of the human sensor 12, the smoke sensor 14, and the heat sensor 16 when receiving the mobile terminal detection signal, or invalidates the operation of the light emitting diode 20 and the speaker 22.
