The method involves winding of a wire section to a wire hoop section (18). The wire hoop section is reshaped to a cone-shaped jacket (20). The wire section is truncated by a wire strand (10). The wire hoop section is truncated after the winding from the wire strand. The wire section before the winding is reshaped to a rectangular wire section (14). The rectangular wire section is formed by rolling or stretching of the wire strand or the wire section. An independent claim is also included for a cone jacket of a wire section.
