<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint-viewing user recommendation system and joint-viewing user recommendation method in which individual synchronous viewing of contents between well-suited users can be performed not in simple transmission/reception of contents over a network but in an information space via the network between the users, namely, in a virtual living room and further free viewing of the contents is available for the users. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal transmits a viewing request to a center and the center collates personal information between a user of the terminal and another user to retrieve another terminal. The terminal makes a selection from retrieved results and the center transmits a synchronous viewing request to the other terminal predetermined by the selection. If the synchronous viewing request is permitted by the user of the other terminal, synchronous viewing of contents is performed between the terminals by streaming distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
