PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the optimum position of a drag lever to be easily caught in a drag adjusting device for a dual-bearing reel. SOLUTION: The drag-adjusting device is constituted as follows. A pin member 70 detachably arranged in a plate-shaped member 80 of a reel body 1 so that the position may be changed, and for recognizing the prescribed turning position of a drag-operation member 2 is installed. As a result, when an angler finds the optimum position of a drag lever, the angler can easily catch the optimum position of the drag lever without memorizing the position of the drag lever which can be the optimum position of the drag lever only by attaching the pin member 70 to an attaching recessed part 81.
