PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to reduce coordinate conversion errors even if the size of a table (maintaining the correspondence relation of the positions before and after coordinate conversion) used for the coordinate conversion of a pixel is made small when correcting the misalignment of an image focusing location resulting from aberration.
