<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system which can easily and surely perform search of a medical recording medium and discovery of incorrect storage. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The management system of a medical recording medium for a small-scale medical institution is used for managing a medical recording medium of a patient by the two lower digits of a medical record number given to the patient, and includes: a medical recording medium in which ten blank frame portions corresponding to integers of 0 to 9 one by one and being divided into a substantially same configuration are prepared along one periphery; color seals on which the integers of 0 to 9 are indicated and which have different colors corresponding to the integers; a primary management rack which has 100 partitions corresponding to integers from 0 to 99 one by one; and a secondary management rack which has partitions based on the last medical examination day, and stores a medical recording medium which has not been used within a predetermined period sorted out within each partition of the primary management rack so that the color seals may be in this side with partitions based on the last medical examination day.
