PURPOSE: A fan for moving lift fluid is provided, which can maximize air blowing or ventilation effect by providing high efficient wind pressure. CONSTITUTION: A fan for moving lift fluid comprises a block protrusion unit(4). The fan for moving lift fluid drives a fan equipped with a motor and rotates the fan. The block protrusion unit has a shape that a cut cone is overturned in the rotating fan blade(1). The block protrusion unit lowers the pressure in a blow direction by generating lift by air current which rapidly flows. In the end of the block protrusion unit, a fluid hole(3) is formed.
