FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: vibration stirring device is intended for use in universal stirring machines. Device comprises the following components installed inside body - shaft-spindle with tool, elastic holders and electrodynamic vibration exciter, which provide for vertical reciprocal motion of tool. Electrodynamic vibration exciter comprises upper coil connected to DC source fixed on upper part of body and arranged in the form of cylindrical frame with magnetic conductor and core, and lower AC coil installed coaxially with it with the possibility of axial displacement, which has rectangular frame with magnetic conductor and core in the form of set of rectangular plates connected to shaft-spindle and tool. Body may be equipped with facilities for adaptation of device to machines. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and accuracy of items treatment, and also reduced roughness of surface, as well as expanded range of processes items. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
