摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide structure with a temperature adjustment passage which can more largely shorten a temperature-rising or lowering time than the endothermic/exothermic effect of a Peltier element, namely can shorten one cycle of a PCR reaction from several minutes unit to several seconds unit, and simultaneously enables the one molecule observation technique of DNA or cell in a reaction portion. SOLUTION: There is provided the slide 1 characterized by forming a groove used as a liquid temperature-adjusting passage 8 on the back side of a silicon plate 2, fixing a sheet-like glass plate 3 for closing the groove to the silicon plate 2 to form the temperature-adjusting passage 8, forming a reaction chamber 5 for receiving DNAs, cells or the like, a supply port 10 and a drain port 11 communicated with the temperature-adjusting passage 8, in the slide 1, connecting the supply port 10 to a liquid supply means for adjusting temperature, and flowing a liquid from the supply port 10 to the drain port 11 to instantaneously adjust the temperature of the reaction portion 7.
