<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a favorable multistory garage which can make effective use of land space and which can be constituted at low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The multistory garage is used for storing rail cars A, B in a plurality of up-and-down steps, and moves the rail cars A, B up and down with the rails in a storage place. Especially, a pin-supporting part 11 is provided to a frame 21 including the rails, and the rail cars A, B are moved up and down by rotating the frame 21 up and down around the pin. It is preferable to provide the pin-supporting part 11 in the vicinity of one end of the rails.
