EQUIPMENT FOR PRODUCING DUAL TYPE CORRUGATION PIPES

PURPOSE: A dual type corrugation pipe manufacturing device is provided to improve functionality, durability and anti-corrosive property of a product by filling urethane foam in between an outer corrugation pipe and an inner corrugation pipe when molding a dual type corrugation pipe. CONSTITUTION: A dual type corrugation pipe manufacturing device comprises uncoilers(10a,10b), first roller mills(13,14a) and a second roller mill(14b). The uncoiler is located in the front and the back of the apparatus to supply a coil material to mold an outer corrugation pipe and an inner corrugation pipe. The roller mills perform a bone molding and a lock seam molding using rollers(11,12a) for an outer corrugation pipe material. The rollers are driven by an operation of a motor. The lock seam molding is performed using a three roll(16).
