METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING OF DISPLAY OSD IN A CAMERA AND A MONITOR

PURPOSE: An OSD display control method and the device at an image recording with a camera, and an OSD display control method and the device at a monitor are provided to be off an OSD function until a subject does not move when a movement of the subject is within an OSD display section offered to the camera. CONSTITUTION: The first signal processing unit(300) processes an input image to a video signal for output. The first OSD(On Screen Display) display unit(320) indicates an OSD in the input image. A camera image controller(310) detects a movement of a subject within an OSD display section of the processed image. If the subject moves, the controller outputs the image from which the OSD is removed. The first OSD display unit outputs the image from which the OSD is removed according to a control signal of the camera image controller.
