<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable beverage composition containing carrot juice with rich nutritional function, improved in flavor which is specific to the carrot juice and spoils the palatability of the carrot juice, and suppressed in generation of peculiar smell due to heat treatment so as to deliciously and simply be taken. <P>SOLUTION: The vegetable beverage composition includes crushed carrot fermented with bifidobacteria, and carrot juice.
