PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent relax of a tension state of a lead wire of a feed motor. SOLUTION: A feed motor 18 for rotating a pinion 17 engaging with a rack 16 extending from an optical pickup 3 in forward and reverse directions is provided at a traverse chassis 6, while a printed circuit board 28 opposing to the feed motor 18 holding the rack 16 between them is arranged at a bottom plate 6a of the traverse chassis 6, a lead wire 18a extending from the feed motor 18 is soldered to an electrode 29 of the printed circuit board 28, a lead wire supporting frame 27 supporting a center part of the lead wire 18a has a supporting main rod 38 and an auxiliary rod 40 projected along a longitudinal direction of the rack 16 and being parallel mutually making small gap, a lower plane of the auxiliary rod 40 is set being same as an upper plane of the supporting main rod 38 or set being lower than the upper plane of the supporting main rod 38, the lead wire 18a is arranged through the gap from the upper plane of the supporting main rod 38 to a lower plane of the auxiliary rod 40.
