PURPOSE: A kit and a method for processing samples are provided to enable accurate, quick and convenient test by simplifying a process for mixing/reacting various kinds of reagents to treat a sample for various biological index tests. CONSTITUTION: A kit for processing samples comprises: at least one first container which has a fragile characteristic and contains reagents; a second container which has a flexible characteristic, may further contain the same or different reagent as or from the reagents, and provides a space mixing or reacting with the reagent and sample. The first container is positioned inside the second container.
