<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power switching circuit with high performance. <P>SOLUTION: A switched capacitor circuit 6A switches a serial connection and a parallel connection of two capacitors (704 and 705) by three switches (701, 702 and 703) which are connected in series. The switched capacitor circuit 6A performs an operation to absorb a charge from a power supply line 104 and an operation to emit a charge to the power supply line 104 alternately. A voltage fluctuation of the power supply line 104 is also controlled. A boosting chopper circuit 73 and the switched capacitor circuit 6A perform a switching operation to control the voltage fluctuation generated in the power supply line 104 by a switching operation of an inverter 7A. The switched capacitor circuit 6A controls the voltage fluctuation of the power supply line 104 brought from the boosting chopper circuit 73. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
