PURPOSE: A medicine automatic dispenser for a medicine packing apparatus and a dispensing method thereof are provided to accurately measure the size a tablet, and to improve transfer efficiency of the tablet. CONSTITUTION: A medicine automatic dispenser for a medicine packing apparatus comprises the following: a main body(10) including a guiding track(11) to move a tablet; a driving unit(20) to move the tablet along the guiding track; a first sensor(31) sensing the tablet while being installed on the guiding track; a second sensor(32) sensing the tablet while being separately installed on the rear side of the first sensor; and a processor measuring the size of the tablet using a time ratio of the time of the tablet passing thought the first sensor, and the time of the tablet moving from the first sensor to the second sensor. |
