摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensor system having a synchronous switch mode power source. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the image sensor that includes an integrated circuit chip (CHP) with a read amplifier (AMP) and a matrix (MP) composed of rows and columns of photosensitive pixels. The amplifier supplies continuous signals representing the light of pixels whose images differ, at the pixel reading frequency (Fpix) decided by a system clock. The system is driven by a general power voltage (Vcc). The read amplifier (AMP) is driven by a stable power voltage (Vcc0) supplied by a DC/DC voltage converter (CONV0) that receives the general power voltage. The DC/DC converter is provided with a switch mode power source that cuts off the direct current at high frequency using a switch and rectifies and filters the electric current cut off by the rectifier.
