<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a flux is coated above necessity, thereby lengthening a cleaning time, wasting a material, and lengthening a processing time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A method for solving the problems includes: a dispensing step of dispensing a stream of a liquid or a viscous material through the outlet of the second flow channel of a nozzle by a rapid shift of a valve shaft toward a closed position; a droplet formation step of forming a droplet having a first size by shifting the valve shaft to the closed position, thereby stopping the stream of the liquid or the viscous material, and dividing the stream from the nozzle into parts; a step of forming a plurality of droplets of the liquid or the viscous material by repeating the dispensing step and the droplet formation step; and a step of forming a final droplet having a second size by depositing the plurality of droplets on a substrate, mutually dropping the plurality of droplets and combining it in a single position on the substrate.
