<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring advertisement effects using area-limited one-segment broadcast, which allowing advertisement providers to measure advertisement effects without viewers' special operations. <P>SOLUTION: In a system for measuring advertisement effects 1, a cellular phone 30 receives one-segment broadcast TS when entering a distribution area of area-limited one-segment broadcast. The cellular phone 30 receives broadcast waves and a broadcast BML file 100, and then executes the file. Subsequently, the cellular phone 30 acquires a communication BML file 200 from a communication BML distribution server 70, and then transmits receiving channel identification information, receiving terminal identification information and area entry/exit information to an action history DB server 50 according to processing described in the communication BML file 200 until broadcast waves in other areas are received.
