<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector suspension device that can adjust the direction/attitude of a projector and is readily made thin. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The projector suspension device includes a first base plate 100; a first intermediate plate 200, which can be locked rotatably to the first base plate 100, a second intermediate late 300 which can be locked rotatably to the first intermediate plate 200; and a second base plate 400 which can be locked rotatably to the second intermediate plate 300. When they are assembled one over another, the direction of the projector can be adjusted in a yaw direction, by rotating the first intermediate plate 200 on a first axis of rotation and in a pitch direction by rotating the second intermediate plate 300 on a second axis of rotation; and the attitude of the projector can be adjusted in a roll direction, by rotating the second base plate 400 on a third axis of rotation.
