In each of the turbine blades (49), a first turbine-side protrusion (54) located radially on the outside is formed in such a manner that the front end thereof is located downstream from the base end thereof in a rotational direction (R), and a second turbine-side protrusion (55) located radially on the inside is formed in such a manner that the front end thereof is located upstream from the base end thereof in the rotational direction (R).</p>
