<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump of high delivery accuracy by preventing deterioration of a tube. <P>SOLUTION: A micropump 10 includes: a tube unit 11 including an elastic tube 50, one portion of which is disposed in an arc shape, a plurality of fingers 40-46, which are radially disposed, and a first tube guide frame 17 and a second guide frame 18, which holds the tube 50 and the plurality of fingers 40-46; a control unit 12 including a cam 20, which presses the plurality of fingers 40-46 in order, a drive section, which applies torque to the cam 20, a control circuit 30, which carries out a drive control of the drive section, and a first machine casing 15 and a second machine casing 16, which holds the cam 20, drive section, and control circuit 30; a reservoir 14 with which a flow inlet 52 of the tube 50 communicates; and a battery 120 which supplies electric power to the control circuit 30, wherein the tube unit 11 is mountable in and removable from the control unit 12 in a direction approximately parallel to the plane of rotation of the cam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
