<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set in a split function including a tone or a split position which is considered to be the most suitable, even when it is forgotten to set the tone of each key region required for the split function, or to set the split position. <P>SOLUTION: It is discriminated whether or not, there is setting failure of a tone number in at least either in UPPER or LOWER in which the tone number for expressing tones to be allocated for an upper key region and a lower key region (Step S69 and 72). When there is the setting failure, a tone number in which an allocation frequency is the largest in the past for each key region is searched, and the searched tone number is stored in UPPER and LOWER (Step S70, 71, 73 and 74). In a case of the split position in the same way, when it is discriminated that there is setting failure, a key number corresponding to the split position in which a setting frequency is the largest in the past is searched and stored in SPLIT (Step S75 to S77). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
