<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjusting apparatus capable of achieving the high resolution of the displacement of an adjusted member without achieving the high resolution of the input displacement, and having higher degree of versatility for adjustment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first link mechanism 10 is formed at the position surrounded by a fixed frame part 50 on a plate formed of an elastically deformable material. A second link mechanism 20 is formed at the position surrounded by the first link mechanism 10. A fitting part for holding a member W to be adjusted is formed on a part of a second link part 23. A first displacement inputting unit N1 for giving the first displacement toward the first predetermined direction is provided at the first displacement input position farther than the distance L1 to the fitting part from first supporting positions 11S, 13S forming supporting points of the first link mechanism 20. A second displacement inputting unit N2 for giving the second displacement toward the second predetermined direction is provided at the second displacement input position farther than the distance L3 to the fitting part from second supporting positions 22S, 23S forming supporting points of the second link mechanism 20.
