SOLVENT-FREE BONDER FOR TEXTILE COATING

PURPOSE: A solvent-free bonding machine for textile coating is provided to improve productivity of textiles by automation of the entire processes, and to offer environmentally friendly effects for manufacturing the textiles. CONSTITUTION: A solvent-free bonding machine for textile coating comprises a large first supply roll(11), a second supply roll(12), a large size winding roll(13), an adhesive supply part(30), an applying part(50), a junction part(60), and a control panel(70). The solvent-free bonding machine consecutively bonds textiles on the large size supply roll and the second supply roll. The finished products are wound on the big size winding roll. The adhesive supply part consecutively supplies solventless adhesive. The applying part is formed on a flow path of the first supply roll and the second supply roll. The junction part has a laminating roller and a calender roller.
