The present invention relates to a burner for a heating furnace which heats a slab which is installed to be positioned in the heating furnace. The disclosed burner for a heating furnace includes: a burner body unit which is inserted into the heating furnace in order to face the inside of the heating furnace; a center air supply unit which connects the outside of the heating furnace with the inside of the heating furnace by penetrating the center of one side of the burner body unit and supplies outside air to the inside of the heating furnace; a fuel nozzle unit which forms a fuel flow space along the edge of the center air supply unit in the burner body unit and has multiple fuel holes in a longitudinal section so that fuel can be supplied to the inside of the heating furnace; a warmth nozzle unit which forms a warmth flow space along the edge of the fuel nozzle unit in the burner body unit and has multiple warmth holes in a longitudinal section so that warmth is supplied to the inside of the heating furnace; and oxygen supply units which are positioned in order to form a tilt angle about the center air supply unit while penetrating the heating furnace around the burner body unit and supplies oxygen to the inside of the heating furnace. The burner for a heating furnace like the forementioned prevents environment pollution by improving fuel and reducing the generation of nitrogen oxide (NOx) and improves productivity by equalizing the temperature distribution of a slab which is heated in the heating furnace. |
