<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein an appearance is deteriorated by crimps formed on a surface skin material existing on a surface side of a core material when a winding flange piece is wound around an inner peripheral wall of a mounting through hole and adhered to a rear face side of the core material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a winding flange piece 10 is wound around an inner peripheral wall of a mounting through hole 7 and adhered on a rear face side of a core material 2 by bending a boundary part 9 to a surface skin material body part 3 as a bent part, the winding flange piece 10 is constituted into four split winding flange parts 10A by making scores on the winding flange piece 10. And by forming a cut portion of a predetermined width at a portion opposed to a round corner part 7a at the boundary part 9, an discontinuous part 12 is formed between the split winding flange parts 10A adjacent to one another.
