<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize both the improvement of coolability of an exhaust port and the simplification of an oil passage in a four-cycle air-oil cooled engine in which a plug mounting hole, intake port and exhaust port are respectively provided to a cylinder head at each cylinder and oil jackets surrounding a plug mounting hole are formed at each cylinder. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cylinder head 18 is provided with an introduction side oil passage 91 for introducing oil from an exhaust port side to an oil jacket 81 of one cylinder C3 of a pair of cylinders C3, C4 adjacent to each other and a drawing-out side oil passage 92 for introducing oil to the exhaust port side from the oil jacket 81 of the other cylinder C4 of a pair of cylinders C3, C4 adjacent to each other. The oil jackets 81 of a pair of cylinders C3, C4 adjacent to each other are communicated to each other through a communication passage 89 extending in a cylinder arrangement direction 22.
