PURPOSE: A control method for a compressor of a vehicle air conditioning system is provided to increase ECV duty by predicting the low flow rate state of refrigerant of a compressor, thereby improving the performance of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A compressor of a vehicle air conditioning system comprises a cylinder bore(13) compressing refrigerant, a piston(15) inserted in the cylinder bore, a swash plate(48), a control valve(35) controlling the angle of inclination of the swash plate. When the compressor enters a low flow rate state by satisfying predetermined conditions, the discharge capacity of the compressor is increased and then linearly decreased.
