<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff member comprising a flange part to be laid on an outside surface of a living body for a living body puncture tube to be inserted to the flange part, in which a living body puncture member can be freely positioned to the cuff member, and a cuff member unit using the cuff member. <P>SOLUTION: The cuff member unit 1 comprises the cuff member 2, a drive line 6 as the living body puncture member inserted to the cuff member 2, and a fixing member 5 to fix the drive line 6 to the cuff member. The cuff member 2 comprises the flange part 3, and a cylindrical part 4 erected from one surface of the flange part 3.
