MATCHING METHOD DESIGN OF A TENSION CONTROLLER WITH PENDULUM DANCER IN ROLL-TO-ROLL SYSTEMS

PURPOSE: A tension control method using pendulum dancer of a high speed roll to roll system is provided to analyze dynamic characteristic of a dancer controlling PI speed through a pendulum dancer mathematical model of an R2R system. CONSTITUTION: A tension control method using pendulum dancer of a high speed roll to roll system comprises following steps. The transfer function of a dancer system(110) is obtained. The frequency of the tension disturbance of the dancer system is analyzed. The tension disturbance in consideration of the motion speed of the dancer system and the dynamic characteristic of the web is analyzed. A gain through the root locus diagram of the dancer system is selected.
