摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase surface area, and improve heat radiation efficiency by installing an uneven shape on a surface in an insulation electric wire used for a reactor. <P>SOLUTION: When an electric current flows in the insulation electric wire 4, a toroidal type choke coil 1 generates heat. Since the uneven shape 4c is installed on the surface of the insulated electric wire 4, and the surface area contacted with the ambient air becomes larger than that of a usual electric wire, heat radiation can be carried out efficiently, and superior heat dissipation characteristics can be obtained. Moreover, when the insulation electric wire 4 is wound around a core case 3, by the uneven shape 4c of the insulated electric wire 4 being abutted on the outer face of the core case 3, since a gap is formed between the outer face of the core case 3 and the insulated electric wire 4, by air being circulated in this gap, heat dissipation characteristics are improved. Furthermore, since in the wound-around insulation electric wire 4, adhesive characteristics are increased by the uneven shapes 4c of the neighboring electric wires surface-contacting mutually, heat conductivity is improved, and the insulation electric wire 4 has an effect like a radiator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
