<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify an access point and an unconnected client terminal of the number of connections of the access point as communication condition information and a throughput value of a backhole. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a communication condition information notification apparatus, an access point wirelessly connected to one or more wireless terminals notifies each wireless terminal of communication condition information. The apparatus includes: a wireless communication means to establish wireless communication with each wireless terminal, a connection control means to control the number of wireless terminals currently connected, a throughput value measuring means to measure a throughput value of the backhole of the access point, and a transmission reception control means to insert the number of wireless terminals connected controlled by the connection control means and the throughput values of the backhole as communication condition information into a frame to be transmitted to each unconnected wireless terminal and to cause the wireless communication means to transmit the frame.
