PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start each regulator in an arbitrary sequence in a DC power source device equipped with a plurality of the regulators. SOLUTION: A DC power source device equipped with a plurality of regulators (11) integrated into semiconductor integrated circuits is provided with a first external terminal (PC) connecting a capacitor to each of the plurality of regulators; a second external terminal (PR) connecting a resistance; and a delay control circuit (12) configuring a time-constant circuit with the capacitor and the resistance, and configured to adjust a rise of an output voltage according to the capacitance value of the capacitor, and to adjust the falling of the output voltage according to the resistance value of the resistance.
