PURPOSE: An inside hair line insert sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a texture of the metal by introducing an inside hair line layer, a sputtering metal deposition layer, a surface processing layer, and a transparent film layer and to obtain excellent surface durability, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: An inside hair line insert sheet comprises surface processing layer(1), a transparent film layer(2), an inside hair line layer(3), a sputtering metal deposition layer(4), a bonding layer(5), and a synthetic resin base material layer(6). The layers are sequentially laminated from the synthetic resin base material layer to the surface processing layer. The surface processing layer includes synthetic resin 80 ~ 130 parts by weight, isocyanate or amine 0.01 ~ 80 parts by weight, and a quenching agent 0.01 ~ 15 parts by weight. The transparent film layer comprises one or more films selected among polyethylene terephthalate, PBT, polycarbonate, polymethylmethacrylate.
