摘要 PURPOSE: A duty control circuit and a semiconductor device thereof are provided to increase and decrease the duty of a clock signal by various stages by precisely controlling the duty of the clock signal. CONSTITUTION: A clock input unit(110) receives an input clock signal provided through a first node. The clock input unit changes the voltage of a second node to a first and a second level in response to the input clock signal. A plurality of switches are respectively connected to the voltage of the first level or the second level. A slew controlling unit(120) transfers the voltage of the first or the second level to the second node in response to a control signal provided to each switches. The clock input unit is composed of an inverter outputting the signal after inverting the input clock signal.
