The invention relates to a device provided with a cutting milling tool for producing polygonal carved parts from wood or other hard materials. The aim of the invention is to increase vibration resistance and cutting speed and to improve the quality of the surface finish of workpieces. This is achieved by means of a device comprising a bed, a drive shaft and a cutting tool consisting of at least two circular saw blades. The circular saw blades are eccentrically mounted, with the aid of two clamping plates and a spacing plate arranged therebetween, at an angle f to the axis of rotation in such a way that the outermost cutters of the saws are situated on the same axis perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the drive shaft. The device is designed in such a way that it is possible to adjust the offset of the cutting tool with respect to the axis of rotation of the drive shaft and to adjust the offset angle of the cutting tool with respect to the axis of symmetry.
