<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo collection management system, a cargo collection management program, and a cargo collection management method for enabling a customer to easily and surely request cargo collection, and for enabling a delivery company to efficiently perform cargo collection. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 21 of a cargo collection management server 20 accepts a cargo collection request from a customer. In this case, candidates who perform cargo collection are determined based on the address of the cargo collection destination. Then, the control part 21 applies an evaluation value to a distance from a parking candidate site, congested situations, uncollected cargo quantity and a time difference between the requested time zone of cargo collection and the scheduled time of cargo collection. The priority order of the candidates is determined by using the evaluation point.
