PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a prediction alarm signal for abnormal conditions prior to output load signals or digital output signals turning into the abnormal conditions. SOLUTION: A strain-gauge-pasted part over a strain-causing part is arranged in an airtight chamber shielded from the outside, and an airtight terminal blocking one side of the airtight chamber supplies power for a strain gauge bridge and extracts load signals from the strain gauge bridge. The airtight terminal is provided with a conductive pin 9e for detecting insulation resistance reductions by detecting reductions in an insulation resistance value between conductive pins 9a and 9b for outputting load signals and conductive pins 9c and 9d for supplying power or a load cell body to output alarm signals.
