The covering sleeve (1) is formed in double-wall manner, such that the sleeve has a transparent outer sleeve (1a). An inner sleeve (1b) is arranged in the interior of the outer sleeve. A cylindrical annular chamber or hollow chamber (5) is resulted by the double wall of the sleeve. The cylindrical annular chamber is defined with respect to size and geometry.
