<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick an optical film such as a polarizing plate at high speed on a display device, without causing wrinkles or bubbles to be generated. <P>SOLUTION: A polarizing plate 2 is stuck and held on a large-diameter roller 10, having a surface on which a rubber 10b having an adhesive surface is formed, and the polarizing plate 2 is stuck on a liquid crystal panel 1. A part 10a, having a reduced adhesive strength, is formed on the surface 10b of the roller 10, corresponding to a part where contact of the polarizing plate 2 with the liquid crystal panel 1 is started, and after the polarizing plate 2 is stuck on the liquid crystal panel 1, the polarizing plate 2 can be readily separated from the roller 10. Consequently, the polarizing plate 2 can be stuck on the liquid crystal panel 1, in a state without the generation of bubbles or wrinkles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
