<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent higher harmonic current from being generated by preventing soft start/soft stop periods of a plurality of heaters from being overlapped. <P>SOLUTION: When DUTY of a former cycle in control of a fixing heater is high, temperature of a filament of the heater does not become so low, whereby a period (time) necessary for soft start may be short. Therefore, for example, when the DUTY of the former cycle is 90%, the soft start period is shortened to be 10msec or less, and the soft start period and soft stop period of the plurality of heaters (heater_1 and heater_2) are set so as not to be overlapped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
