The present invention relates to an oxygenated water production device of a type which rotates in order to mix water and oxygen in gaseous form. This device comprises: a cylindrical case; a rotational shaft positioned on the central axis of the case; a rotor which is secured to the rotational shaft, and which has a plurality of projections which protrude diametrically outwards; and a stator which is secured to the inner surface of the case, and which surrounds the rotor, and which also has a plurality of projections which protrude diametrically inwards.
