PURPOSE: A locking device with an elastic member and a manhole using the same are provided to reduce noise due to external shock and prevent a manhole from being released despite external shock. CONSTITUTION: A manhole comprises a manhole cover(102), a manhole body(100), and a locking device. A first hole is formed on the manhole cover. The manhole body has a support(202) in which a manhole cover is placed. The locking device is inserted into the first hole of the manhole cover and is coupled with the manhole cover. |
