TRANSFORMER OF POTENTIAL ENERGY OF FLOW TO HEAT ENERGY

A transformer of potential energy of flow to thermal energy relates to gas industry, and in particular to equipment of gas distribution station, is intended for gas heating and can be broadly implemented in other branches of industry. The transformer of potential energy of flow to thermal energy additionally includes vortex pipe with confuser, branch pipes for outlet of hot and cold gas flows and heat exchanger. Heating elements are arranged as magnetic rollers and magnetic coil that form magnetic brake. Use of the invention makes it possible to optimize power balance of gas transportation system through decrease of consumption of electric energy for gas heating in pipeline.
