PURPOSE: A multi-purpose road management vehicle is provided to prevent power from being supplied to the main power switch of a differential lock system by sensing the drive of a wheel in a differential lock system module through a sensor. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(40) senses the drive of a wheel combined with the front drive shaft and the rear drive shaft. A differential lock system module(50) decides the driving state of the wheel. A middle transmission switch(70) controls the velocity ratio of the middle transmission switch. A differential lock system switch(80) converts the front drive shaft, the rear drive shaft, and the differential lock of the middle transmission. The differential lock system module comprises a first switch part(53), a first controller(51), a sensor(55), a second switch part(58), and a second controller(56).
