FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of cardiovascular diseases, containing each of the following compounds in pharmacologically effective amount a) NEP inhibitor, b) inhibitor of endogenous endothelin-producing system and c) AT1-receptor antagonist chosen from the group, including candesartan, eprosartan and lossartan, where a subcombination of neutral endopeptidase inhibitor (a) and inhibitor of endogenous endothelin-producing system (b) is daglutryl.
