PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure preventing direct abutment of a protective tube on a wall face to enhance heat retaining properties, in a work for arranging the protective tube along the wall face of an outer wall of a building and retaining the heat of the outer wall from the wall face side.

SOLUTION: When the protective tube P for wiring and piping materials are arranged along the wall face W1a of the outer wall W1of the building, a long sheet-shaped heat insulation sheet S1with predetermined width is adhered and fixed to the wall face W1a. An adhesive layer (wall adhesion face) 2 capable of fixing the heat insulation sheet S1itself to the wall face W1a is formed on one face of the heat insulation sheet S1, and an adhesive layer (tube holding part) 2 for holding the protective tube P to prevent the movement of the protective tube P with respect to the heat insulation sheet S1is formed on the other face side of the heat insulating sheet S1adhered to the wall face W1a.
